Our team can take care of more than the pile installation itself. Because Rocka Excavation also undertakes earthworks and site preparation, we can coordinate the excavation and groundwork required around your foundations rather than leaving you to organise multiple contractors.
Once the piling and drilling work is complete, we can remove spoil and leave the site ready for your builder and the next stage of construction.

It depends on your site and the type of project. A geotechnical report may be required to assess the ground conditions and provide information your engineer needs to design the foundations. If you're unsure what's required, talk to us early and we can work alongside your engineer or help connect you with the right people.
Ground conditions can sometimes change across a site or be different from what was expected. If we encounter unexpected rock, soft ground, fill or other conditions that could affect the piling, we'll discuss the next step with you and work with your engineer where required.
There's no standard depth for every project. The required pile depth will depend on factors such as the ground conditions, the structure being supported and the foundation design. Where piles are engineered, we'll install them to the specifications provided for your project.
No. Rocka Excavation installs piles for new builds, renovations, extensions, decks, retaining walls, tiny homes, commercial buildings and other new construction, but we don't undertake house repiling.
