Contract Manager

Grahame Edwards is an experienced civil construction and infrastructure professional with more than 15 years of industry experience across civil construction, road maintenance, heavy machinery operation, transport, and contract management.

Grahame has progressed from hands-on civil construction and leading-hand roles into senior supervisory and management positions. His experience includes managing road maintenance contracts, leading teams of up to 25 staff, coordinating subcontractors, managing client relationships, preparing claims and variations, estimating quantities, programming forward works, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

In his current role as Contract Manager at Rocka Excavation Ltd, Grahame is responsible for quoting residential and commercial projects.

He holds a New Zealand Certificate in Infrastructure Works Contract Management Level 5, confined-space training, RAMM and Pocket RAMM experience, NZTA asset management training, STMS Level 1, and a range of heavy vehicle and machinery licences.

Grahame combines practical field experience with strong contract management and leadership skills, giving him a hands-on understanding of what it takes to plan, manage, and deliver successful civil infrastructure projects.
